To become a member of the NDJHRD, a student must complete and include the following information:

1. 2012 NDJHRD Fall Membership Form
2. 2012 Fall Certificate of Eligibility Form
3. Copy of Spring 2012 Report Card
4. NDJHRD Waiver of Liability/Release of Information Form
5. 2012-2013 National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA) Membership Form
6. NHSRA Membership and Minor Release Form
