Membership into the NDJHRD, will be granted once a full and completed membership packet has been submitted to the rodeo secretary by the requested deadlines.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Social Security numbers must be completed on required paperwork
• BOTH parents and/or legal guardians must sign the forms; along with the student
• Some forms require notary public signatures–parents and student must be present for these signatures
• School administrator must sign the contestant eligibility form
