The Draw Out deadline is 11 p.m. CST the Monday prior to the rodeo
The draw will be posted by 11:00 p.m. the Tuesday evening prior to the rodeo. It is the responsibility of the contestant to immediately report any errors to the secretary.
Phone calls are accepted, but an email is preferred, so both parties have documentation of the draw out. Once the deadline has passed, the contestant is responsible to pay all entry fees associated with the events they have entered.
The OFFICIAL DRAW and run order are that of the JUDGES SHEETS. These sheets will be posted near the rodeo office. It is the responsibility of the contestant to view these documents and learn their actual positioning in each event. The rodeo program and announcer sheets are not official.
