Elizabeth Tibke is the daughter of Shawn and Rebecca Tibke. She is an 8th grader at Washburn High School. She's not only an A Honor Roll student, but also very active in school and community activities. Elizabeth is deeply involved in the FFA, where she loves competing in Livestock Judging and many other events. She also plays volleyball, participates in track and field, and plays the saxophone in the school band.
At home, Elizabeth lives on a hobby farm with her family. They have goats, chickens, ducks, a horse and other critters. When she's not busy with school or sports, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew. She also likes shooting bow, camping, babysitting, and baking.
Elizabeth has a big passion for rodeo. She started competing in junior high in 2023 and had only competed in barrel racing. This rodeo year she plans on competing in barrel racing, pole bending, ribbon roping, and goat tying. She's also involved in the National Barrel Horse Association and belongs to District NDO3. Inspired by watching her older sister compete in rodeo queen pageants, Elizabeth decided to become a rodeo queen herself. She has held two previous titles and is now Miss North Dakota Junior High Queen. Throughout her year as Miss Rodeo Junior High Rodeo, she plans to travel around this great state inspiring others to find their purpose, inspiring an interest in of rodeo upon all, and most of all promoting the great sport of rodeo.
