Sydney Jo Weinberger calls Breien, ND home, where she lives with her parents, Cody and Sonya Weinberger, and her brother, CL on the scenic banks of the Cannonball River. A junior at Flasher Public School, Sydney is as tough as the land she’s grown up on.
A true cowgirl at heart, Sydney is a fierce rodeo competitor, excelling in barrel racing and breakaway roping. When she’s not in the arena, you can find her on the volleyball court as the Bulldogs’ setter, showcasing her determination and teamwork. Sydney also stays connected to the wrestling mat, serving as a stat keeper for the New Salem Holstein Wrestling Club, where her brother takes to the mat.
Outside of competition, Sydney embraces the great outdoors, whether it’s fishing or jet skiing at the lake with family and friends, or hunting on the open plains. Her love for the Western lifestyle runs deep, and she balances her busy schedule with academic excellence, earning a spot on the honor roll and staying involved with FCCLA and FFA.
As the 2024 North Dakota High School Rodeo Queen, Sydney is proud to travel across the state, promoting rodeo, agriculture, and the Western way of life that’s shaped her into the young woman she is today.
